1. Stretch 15 minutes in the morning, 5 times/wk
2. Do Wii fit 10 minutes, daily
3. Work out during lunch, 3 times/wk
I don’t think I will have any problem with 1 and 2.
I always try to exercise regularly, but 2008 was not a good year. I have been very busy at work so I can’t go to the gym as often as I like during lunch. I suppose this is half truth and half excuse. In 2009 I will make to the gym at least 3 times per week. I just blocked my calendar from 12 noon to 1:15 for the whole year, so people can’t schedule meetings for that time period without asking me first. If any meeting runs over 12:00, I will just excuse myself and leave. I hope this will work.
