Hiking gives you nice scenery, good exercise and a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. For those in the St. Louis area, my favorite so far has been Shaw Nature Reserve in Gray Summit.

Took my first 8-week tango course…and now I’m hooked! I’ve begun taking more lessons. It’s such a beautiful and elegant dance. Going to the milongas is sometimes frustrating but always interesting, regardless if you’re dancing with a stranger or someone you know.
