National Route 43 of the National Cycle Network connects Swansea with Builth Wells. Most of the Route is awaiting development, although a 13 mile traffic-free section out of Swansea is currently open and signed – shown on the Celtic Trail (east) map.

Like others, I am inspired by the recent book The Know-it-All
I have a 1993 copy of EB which I was given as a Wedding present by my Mother (who obviously felt that she should address my woeful ignorance). And I am more and more impressed by the usefulness of the structure everytime I open a volume.
There are quicker ways of finding information (Google Suggest et al) and there are some excellent Encyclopedia’s on-line (Wikipedia and others).
But, as a framework for knowledge acquisition, EB looks hard to beat.

Because my 4 year old son is looking dangerously close to beating me.
He can pretty reliably see two moves ahead and I struggle with 3…

Actually I’d be quite happy to simply be involved at the fringes… I just think that the process of film (or documentary) production would be really interesting. I probably need to do this in conjunction something else I do – like popularising Physics/Science.
If I knew what being Best Boy or Key Grip involved then perhaps that would move me a little further forward…

Neat idea – and there must be a technical/automatic solution…

I need a context for all the Maths I did at school, some 25 years ago…
I’m currently reading “Journey through Genius” which is a great historical and mathematical grounding.

which is another goal on 43 Things.
They both have the “simplify” tag now…

... where N is 35, 43, 50, 52, 100 etc depending on whose goals you reference.
But since this is “43 Things”, I’m happy to target 43 books.

Between Furl, Bloglines, Flickr, 43 Things, my weblog, etc I have w-a-ay too many tags which I need to rationalise… this fits somewhere into GTD (“Getting Things Done”

Could tags be displayed under each goal in the List view of “Your 43 Things” as well as on each goal’s individual page?

Could Blog postings go out with a Title suffix of ”- via 43 Things:”?
That way this entry would appear on my weblog with the title:
“Blog Entries – via 43 things”

Fantastic piece of kit. Wish we could get the Treo 650 here in UK. If Internet access was cheaper via my Telecom/ISP I’d use the treo for everything – but $2 per MB is a touch expensive…

When you choose an image file to upload, the very small preview of that file (that appears next to the Choose File button) appears to be upside down.
Doesn’t seem to affect the full size preview of the final upload.
