My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds but I have realized that I need to start in small goals in order to reach this mark, I started on march 28th and its been one week and I have lost 8 pounds!, Im so Happy! This is what Iam doing to achieve this goal. First I am a coffee lover and love eating BREAD as well and I needed to stop doing this if I was going to reach this goal, instead of coffee in the morning I would drink tea, any kind of tea but it must be decaffinated, and when I would take a break at work, Id drink more tea, and then my diet would consists of mostly fruits, salads, yogurts and a regular dinner. In the morning instead of BREAD I would eat fruits and low fat crackers. I havent worked out yet because Im waiting for the weather over here to warm up a little so I can go out and walk, but so far so good! Good luck to you and take it one step at a time.

How I did it: I bought this car with the help of my family, particularly my grandmother who is my heroe. We went to three different dealers before we chose this car. Price was a big factor so we needed to take our time and not rush to the first car we saw. Read how I did it…

I have alot of books, so what I did was take only the ones I really really am going to read to my room on one shelf, (about 20 books) and left the rest in the attic, I vowed to read all these books this year so that I can go on to the rest, we’ll I have only read 2 books completely! And where in the end of the Year. But Im not giving up! Im going to start again in 2007 and read all my books completely. I might have to make a “list of bests” too like someone mentioned here, since Im on the computer alot, good luck all in your reading quest!
