Ready for the third week of October at the YMCA. I’m really nervous and don’t understand why. I want to do this! Its just human nature to be scared. But I’m still going :D Wish my luck.

How I did it: I would always say that Im gonna go on a diet, start the diet and within 2 weeks go back to eating like a cow... We'll this time I could not take it anymore looking at myself in the mirror and see the person who was not me looking back with sadness and pain... I had to change... I needed to change... I wanted to change... Not only for looks, but for health, family, and for... ME. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Is Worth it! At first it will be hard, but this is worth doing. Esspecially if you can’t sleep well at night. If you wake up earlier, and stay awake all day, you will be more sleepy by night time and would go to bed at a decent time. Just remember to not sleep or take any naps during the day esspecially in the afternoon hours, unless it is absolutely neccessary. From experience, this for me has worked. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Bought a gallon of spring water at the supermarket, left it in my room with a cup, and drank water from then on, for me, the best water is room temperature water, and at first I didn't bother with it, but it was there, in my room, so I just drank, and then, when I woke up in the morning, it was the first thing I did and when I went to sleep, I would drink just a small cup, I've been doing it for about a month and drink about half a gallon… Read how I did it…
