ok a lot of people are depressed.. i decided to get medical help for it and suggest you do the same if it’s what you need. for more “natural” ways to keep your mood up try excercising, being in the sun more, get together with old friends, fix problems! hope this helped



get a good Boyfriend

do you REALLY need a boyfriend? think about why you do…
you are great the way you are independently, not for what guy you stand next to at parties… when you know your likes your dislikes your hobbies your ups your downs and everything else only then you will be able to find a good boyfriend (if they are even worth it) so depending on your age if you truely want to make a commitment to someone i say go for it.. but you need to be happy with yourself before any boyfriend ideas come to mind ok!



be disciplined

well being disciplined really depends on a lot of things… do you want to be disiplined about your job? getting things done? excercising? figure that out first and then look for advice .. if i could explain how to be more disiplined it would be a little like this: 1. reward yourself after you did something ..kind of like a dog we learn from mistakes and the positive things we do, also known as DISIPLINE
2. it’s all about the mindset people! THINK you can do something and DO IT
