I will NEVER pay off my credit cards. The interest is more and more each month meaning the minimum payment doesn’t even cover it. The money grabbing bastards keep increasing the APR but also trying to tempt me by raising my credit limit. I’m determined to pay it off and be done with them forever but it will take ages. I wish i’d never opened an account in the first place!

This is one of the main reasons why I became a doctor! Frustratingly, my debts are such that I couldn’t afford the time off earning to do this and that is likely to be the situation for several years to come unless I pay it off. I could work as a locum for a year as that would help me make more than a dent in the debt but it may not be a very good career move. I’m working in the developed world in the meantime but hopefully some day in the not too distant future I should be able to work for MSF.
After a great yr in New zealand we decided to move on to Sydney. I’m dead dead excited! But quite nervous as well. It’s all happening a bit at the last moment and I’m trying to revise for my postgrad exams but hopefully it will all be alright on the night.
