Over the last year and a half, I’ve lost 70 lbs. The biggest “secret” to my weight loss has been eating cans of soup, mostly “chunky” campbells soup. The most a can has is 400 calories, and most of the soups have only 220. Soup is very filling and satisfying, so I haven’t ever been hungry. The biggest downfall I can see about the canned soup is that most of them have a lot of sodium; but they also sell some low sodium varieties (doesn’t help me much, I just dump salt into those).
