have I gotten straight a’s. I’ve always gotten one measly B+ and everything else A’s. Shoot. So this November I want to see a nice line of A’s, hopefully.

How I did it: I've always been a writer. Writing coloring books, picture books on scrap paper, poems based on songs, et cetera. Then I decided that I wanted to be a novel writer - and then boom, Dana the Novelist was born. I started tons of wannabe "novels"--basically just about life, about things that happen in real life. How I did it: I was bored at the library and decided to work on my list of 43 things so I could add more things to it. I wrote a note saying "Sign here and put this note in a new book!" and signed it, leaving it in the jacket flap of one of my favorite books. Read how I did it…

Ridiculously happy!
How I did it: My friend came over to my house and we hung out in the backyard. We hid out in our hedge, making Harry Potter wands out of twigs and monkey leaves and pretended we were brave adventurers. We also wrote letters to ourselves in the future, rolled them up in a bottle and buried them in our backyard - with our bare hands. We git dirtyy. :]] It was ridiculously fun. Read how I did it…
