I have been slowly and steadily gaining weight for the past three years. It’s time to lose it again!
My goal is to lose enough weight to get into the healthy range on the BMI chart. That means 40 pounds.

How I did it: I checked out lots of different websites. I found that there was no single website that explained everything in a simple way, but each site would have one little section that helped. I knitted about 6 sample swatches before I got going on a real project. I bought a knitted accessories pattern book and followed along. Read how I did it…
How I did it: My biggest problem was at work. I would slouch down in my chair as the day progressed.I set an hourly reminder on my email calendar. When it goes off I check my posture and often get up out of my chair for a little walk so that I don't spend too much time in one position. Read how I did it…
Another Totalitea purchase. This one is a Ceylon tea blend with vanilla bean pods. It is quite a strong black tea but the vanilla aroma makes it smooth and sweet.
This is a loose tea from Totalitea. It is blended with cornflower petals and Christmas spices. It’s a fairly strong black tea, but the flavours balance quite nicely. When I first smelled it I thought it would be too spicy for me, but it tasted quite mellow.
I would buy this one again for sure.
