Today is my 18th day without coffee and i’m feeling very good about. I’m not as tired and don’t have as many strange moodswings. So, I’m marking this goal as accomplished and i’m going to continue not drinking coffee :-)

I signed up for a half marathon and it’s in May. I’m excited! I’ve never ran one before. My boyfriend is doing it with me so that way i can have a running partner, and his parents are doing it too. So i have lots of support for this one. I still need to figure out a running schedule and then just start running!
I’ve gone 3 days withought coffee! i usually can’t make it past 2 days. i substituted it for homemade hot chocolate, and it’s working so far :-)
