I’ve calculated… it’s gonna take me 12 hours and 2 minutes to watch all (the 5 up ‘till now) back to back – so that’s only 56 more minutes than the Lord of the Rings! I can do that..

How I did it: I decided to dress up as Jiminy Cricket in the end, because the first thing I actually bought while looking to throw together a costume, was a top hat like his: Blue with a red band. (I found it at a party/joke shop.)Brown trousers were easy enough (though I did make them myself) and for his vest I decided to simply sow a large yellow "button" on a sleeveless top - I had to wear the costume for the largest part of a fairly hot day. How I did it: The idea was to create a dress, "one size fits all", so I started out by drawing a pattern, based on a wide blouse of my mother's. I kept it as simple as can be: back and front, connected at the side and the shoulders - the loops the cord was supposed to go trough were sown into the sides, though - small seam at the bottom and what we call "beleg" at the arms and neck (sorry, don't know the english word). I realised I haddent written anything about 5 minutes to midnight, so that’s where this came from:
The Day is done,
The Day is gone,
Tomorrow will be today
For as the moon,
And as the sun,
Will fade away
The changing of the tide,
Will mean the changing of the Day.
