How I did it: I guess I'd say it took me 4 years because that's how long I've been thinking about getting a tattoo. I knew I always wanted my first one in a hidden place, probably along my hip bones. i did kelly howell’s guided meditation for awakening kundalini. it’s one of my favorites, and i need to do it more often. i also like jack kornfield’s guided meditations.
my way of taking baby steps to try and reorganize my life! starting tomorrow i am going to clean my room very well, and try to keep it that way for at least a week. if i succeed, i will try to do it for a month. then we will see how long i can keep it up!
