Back to the routine..

Finally I managed to go to Hot Yoga class 3 times a week now.. Feel healthy _ I also try to maintain my weight after I have lost 15 kgs and back to be the same old figures once again..

It's happening...

Next week, we will be participating BIG+BIH exhibition, it’s one of the biggest gift fairs of the year in Thailand. We really hope for some good response after this exhibition! Cannot deny that expectation is there as already spent a lot of money on it..

So far so good

After delivered the baby, it’s been 7 months now and I’m very determined to bring my weight down at least 8 kgs. So I’ve been doing really great for this goal. Begin my breakfast with wholegrain cereal and low fat milk, some fish steak for lunch and end up my day with Tuna salad.. It’s been 9 days since I started this eating healthy routine with no bad carbs and I have lost 3 kg so far.. need to keep up this habit, not to just lose weight for now, but to stay fit and healthy in the future also..
