I think spontinatity is key! I decided 24 hours before i was going to do it, and researched where to go. Im really scared of needles so i was really nervous but the piercer was really calm and helped me keep my cool. It also helped to have a friend by my side. It was over in an instant, a split second of pain and i was fine again. I was shocked and asked if that was it? He said yep, and i didnt have any more problems at all. Im still cautious about changing the stud, making sure you have the right gauge is important and what kind so it doesnt fall out when you are sleeping.
