The weather is getting colder and colder now. It seems that I get hungry easily, and eager to eat more. Nothing changed about my weight during the last 3 weeks. I don’t want to gain any weight, does anybody has a good suggestion? The graduation trip in on April and I have to lose 14 kg. I won’t give up!

After getting the Cellulitis, I started to notice that I should lose some weight to decrease the pressure I gave to my legs. I planed to lose at least ten kilograms before graduation trip; it seems that it’s really difficult to reach the goal.
The methods I want to use are eating less in dinner, exercising more, and stop drinking and eating junk foods! I hope I will never give up during the process, cheer for me!
