Photoshop is filled with so many possibilities that its impossile to learn everything. But that is what makes it an amazing tool! I would also recommend checking out Illustrator, once you learn one you can apply it to the other.

This is a great intsrument to learn, simple yet advanced. Be prepared to spend hours trying to play, and keep a lot of band ades ( fingers will blister ). But once you get it down, man is it rewarding.
