I actually finished it a few months ago, but again… forgot about 43 Things for a long time. It felt really good to open up the newer book and not feel guilty about drawing in it when I still had pages left in the old one. And now it feels good to be able flip through it and know that it’s finished. I feel like I’ve finished writing a novel or something.
Took a long friggen time though.

How I did it: I can't actually help anyone with this, because it's a pretty personal thing. Tastes differ for each person and there are so many different recipes and variations. But unless you are planning to eat that puppy as soon as it's cool enough to cut (the entire thing) it's not worth it. I haven't figured out yet how to make a bread that lasts more than a day. More than a few hours is even questionable. Gluten-free baking is costly and not… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I worked... half-assed hard. And I am smarter than I thought! I got B's without really trying! Go me!Apparently I need a minimum of 150 characters, but I really don't have much to say on the topic because it's not something that I really did anything for. I literally sat around and watched tv the whole time I was there, and pulled out my books when it came time for exams. w00t! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, I got in. I was pretty happy about it, but I also knew that I probably wasn't going to go. I guess I proved to myself that I could, and through the rest of my school experience and through work I've discovered that I'm fairly passionate about anthropology, but not near as passionate as I am about food, nutrition, and health. Holistic nutrition is now the goal. Here's hoping I don't screw up! Read how I did it…

It’s not as easy as you’d think, but also not as hard as you’d think. I don’t know when I wrote that, considering I forgot about 43 Things until I googled myself. All in all though, I’ve cut back to 2 cups at most in a day almost everyday. Most days though it’s only been one. I guess it just sort of happened rather than me making a conscious effort to do it. The more I think about it the more I want a coffee…
I’m going to stop writing.
I’ve come to realize that I don’t need to do this. I’m a healthy weight, and losing this much weight would place me at an unhealthy weight.
So… fuck this.
