How I did it
It made me
feel needed. 
How I did it: There is a Canadian Blood Services Clinic in the Lethbridge Center Mall and I went during the "Residence Bloody Cup" competition that was set up to encourage rez students to donate blood. I have always wanted to and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. I'll admit I was a little nervous, but it is truly such an effortless thing to do.
