Pass Chemistry with flying colors
The dreaded minor subject

It was quizzical for most of us graduating students to have gen ed (general education) subjects when you’re already in the last year for college. What’s more scary, yeah scary than irritating, many seniors curse Chemistry since most of the professors handling the subject are terrors. There were stories of a certain graduating class who only 15 students passed out of 25. Hence, those who did not pass, didn’t graduate on time.

I said to myself that I will pass the subject without fear or fervor. Luckily, the professor is the same guy who handled our Biology class. He was not really that lenient but at least, I have a hold on how he does things and how he grades everyone.

I was optimistic on his class at first but being both a science and math subject at the same time, I can’t help but lose interest on seeing hard questions and situations. Not to mention laboratory work too. I prayed that even though I’m not interested, could at least have the will not to skip the class and just be there even if my mind is afloat.

Thank God, it was an aswered prayer. Not only did God gave me the will to attend but also the will to study. I got 1.75 for my final grade or 93% or to simply put it, an A. It’s more than what I have wished for because I think there were only four or five students in the class who got the grade.

It was required for our Video Production subject. With perseverance and determination, I got in the hang of it ;)
