And I think I am doing a fairly good job of it, now. So I should work on becoming more consistent on it. Maybe I should start writing a blog.

Well
23 months ago
So I lied and I did not really get ripped. But by some standards I am ripped and I’ve managed to stay in good shape. Even better, I am now acknowledging to myself that I am in good shape. And that’s what matters.
As I am getting older I am now beginning to realize the importance of fitness. Some of the minor injuries that I have had in the past are coming back to plague me and I am now working to heal them. I see “Fitness” differently now and realize that it is about a lot more than just looking good. It is all about sustained good health in the long run.
