lose weight (read all 22 entries…)
So, this time last year...

I was on my progress of losing weight.. and the journey was life changing. But… (Usually, on conversation, ‘but’ is the worst word you can hear someone say…) I have put on weight… !!! Arrgghhh, so angry!!! I lost 25kg, (Approx 50-55lbs I guess.) which was amazing for me…I went from being very much ‘obese’ to just overweight. Not good, but visually and physically I felt a LOT better. I’ve now put on, in the past 6 months… about 6kg; which is horrible. Loss of 25kg, but a gain of 6 – but I feel like a failure, you know. It isn’t the fact that I’ve lost a bit and gained a little, but the fact that I knew I could do it. I knew how to do it; and I knew how hard it was to do. This is my life, and the past 6 months, weight-wise and I guess my overall life, the effort that has been outputted by me is…close to none.

It’s that simple – I’ve lost hope. I’ve lost enthusiasm. I lost that central part of me that for a sweet moment in time, enjoyed who I was, and where I was headed in life; you know?

Well, who can I blame (It’s typical of people to blame someone for something, substantial or minuscule, no one blames themselves these days…) for this weight gain…I don’t blame anyone. I don’t even blame myself. I just know that I am a factor to why I have put it back on. I just..I don’t know. I guess I just gotta start fresh…Pick myself up, dust myself off and rewire my brain…Restart the computer…Turn the lights off then back on…Throw away the plastic bag and get a new one… (Okay, sorry for the pathetic analogies, haha!)

I hope you all have a merry Christmas, and try to eat all the delicious Christmas food – but of course in portion, and remember one thing (That’s if you’ve actually read this…) no one controls you, and you are the only one that can change your weight. People can help you, products can help you – but in the end, you, and you only, are the one that will change your life.
Thanks guys .

101 things in 1001 days (read all 2 entries…)
So, I finished making my list... now to start completing it!!

Hey guys!
Well, I’ve finally finished my list. I haven’t read over it, so expect grammatical errors and hopefully no double ups! (:

I did it in Microsoft Word, and for some reason, it’s being a little bitch, and leaving a massive space when I’ve copied and pasted it here! Meh! >.<”
And also, it doesn’t look like it does in this document, so it’s all weird.. I assume you guys get the point though!!
Thanks!!

101 things in 1001 days (read all 2 entries…)
Day one!

Well, I found this, and read through the posts from people here, and was amazed!
I think it is an excellent idea!
So far, I have 74 on my list. I need to actually finish my list before I can start (well that is my rule I’m using…Make a list before starting it, and even if that takes a week, it doesn’t matter..Just means I have less time to do the things on the list, though, it makes it more challenging and exciting. I honestly don’t see myself going the full 1001 days and doing this…I just can’t see myself doing it… But…Parts of me..Think I can! so, who knows!
Oh well! Hopefully by the end of this week, I’ll have finished this list, and am able to share it with you all!
Good luck guys, and I wish you all the best! (:
