Well over the past like 1 or maybe even 2 years, I’ve told myself “I’ll loose weight!”. 2 years ago, I was the weight I am right now (Maybe even more now!). My problem is I give up too easily. Someone tell me what to do when You think “I’ve worked so hard, and I’ve lost only 3kgs!!!”
I got that feeling, when after about 1 week, loosing 5kg (I think that is like 11pounds.) If the scales were wrong (But just let me have this one, even if they were broken!) I still had only lost 5kg.. I still had a lot more to loose, and I just thought “all that for 5kg?!” and I gave up, ate what I want, and how much I wanted. I drink a lot of bad drinks, but I love water to the point that is what I drink 90% of the time if I was on a diet or not.
I want to start again, fresh. After seeing that my friend lost 5kg since christmas (he is thin, and he thinks he is fat! >.<” but I’ve worked out, he is still in the “normal range”.. I was kinda scared about him, but eh.. he is okay..XD
I know I’m asking a lot, but I need all the help I can get.. If it is something simple, just tell me. I know lots about what to do/how to do things, but I don’t use it to help me. I think if I do this with someone, or if my family go on a diet with me, I would get more of a better weight loss. I give up too easily, and for this year (well it’s march, so the rest of the year) I WILL, AND I PROMISE MYSELF THAT I WILL, LOOSE ALL THE WEIGHT I WANT TO. (Well not all of it, because that is asking a lot. But most of it, I hope.
Please, I am not asking because I don’t want to “research”, or because I want someone else to do this for me, but I need this. I need my life. And I need your help. If anything, you guys will know more than me. at the moment, I am very busy, so please give me ways to loose weight when you’re busy. I have assignments, homework, and tests coming up. Though soon, in like 3 weeks, I have 2 weeks holidays. So I can do more than over the next 3 weeks.
Just in case you are wondering, I don’t like gyms, I have a Treadmill and weight machine. I think most of you will say “join a sports team”... But I don’t think I can commit myself to doing that right now. Maybe when I am a bit thinner, and less busy. XD
