How I did it: I was sick.....and always tired + running out of money. I heard that most divorces were smokers and that motivated me esspecially since my boyfriend actually said he would rather me quit. I am thankful he never nagged me though. Read how I did it…
My boyfriend and I started the cleanse on Sunday (drank laxitive tea Saturday night). I am doin ok so far. I keep forgetting that we won’t be making dinner tonight. Our lives seem to revolve around food. He really doesn’t like not eating. And although I have never before skipped a meal until now it doen’t really bother me. I feel a little tired/ maybe tranquil but it is 9am and i usually don’t “wake up” until 10 anyways(never-the-less actually being awake 4 hours) We both have tounge mucus and nearly tightened the belt another notch. That is at least postive reinforcemnt that it is working…
