Haven’t crippled myself yet and comfortably doing 6.5k. Will be doing the big 10k (not a race) this weekend to see if I am ready for a race.



stop drinking coffee at work
Used to find this really hard...

But I am down to 1 cup of coffee and a couple of cups of earl grey a day now. A much more sensible level.

I’m happy with this and will call this complete.
