It has been two years since i took this on as my goal, then i was about 13 stone now i am 15 something. I’ve just returned to try loosing weight, that’s what all the cola’s do to you.I’m now trying to get down to 13 again.Wish me luck

Every saturday i weight myself.I’ve weighed myself for two weeks now.Well before that i was weighing myself and i was 13.10 at one point, but since i’ve started taking note of my weight i have came to 13.2 for both weeks.I go cycling sometimes to help this
