I am working for a company that reimburses us for training/classes, so I am looking in to taking a class of the SVC in Seattle!
I went on the patch last Monday and so far so good. This is my third attempt with the patch, but I feel I can really do it this time. I have no cravings for a cigarette, as I did the other times. However, I can’t stop eating, so I am also resolving to join a gym.
