I really need to come on everyday because I can’t remember what made me happy!

May 16/08
I skipped school with my bestfriend and I walked over to her house in the morning sunshine. Once I got to her house her little brother and sister came running up to me and hugged me. Her little sister made me a card that had stickers all over it and was scribbles. She told me it said I love you.
  • I hung out around my friend’s pool all day and jumped in and tried to learn to dive.
  • Shauna, Maggie, and Ashley came over after and we hung out in the hottub and had a good time.
  • When the sun was setting we watched it while the sun set in the school parking lot. It was relaxing and I met two new people.

  • Had a picnic at the park with my friends in the sunshine and we made fruit salad, sandwiches, and brought juiceboxes and stuff.
May.18/08
  • My bestfriend’s sister was going around asking people if they
    wanted malcohol in one of five flavours: mango, strawberry, raspberry, banana, or apple juice. so cute.
  • It was a hot sunny day.
May.19/08
  • I came to the realisation that life is going pretty great for me.
    and I finally decided I’m going to hand in my applicaton tomorrow. Yes, go me.

  • I got the confidence to ask my friend if he ever liked me,
    which took a lot of courage. He said yes, which made me happy to
    know. I liked him as well.

  • It was my dad’s birthday and I went to the mall with my mom and
    my sister and picked out a cute card about farts. Haha, he liked it.
  • I was talking to many people online and had about 9 consistent, interesting conversations going on at once. It was splended.

  • It was a beautiful, sunny day! I didn’t get to enjoy it much, but
    it was really nice for a change.
  • I went for a great workout at the gym with my bestfriend, who I currently got in a fight with, and we apologized today and are good as new. It was nice.
  • I was quite healthy today. I had all my vitamins, drank lots of water, two glasses of soy milk, healthy lunch, and had two showers where I moistuized myself and felt fresh and clean.


Stay Complaint Free for 21 days
I read the book "A Complaint Free World" 19 months ago

and I was inspired to change. Our world is full of critism and complaining and we are sending negative energy out into the world whenever we complain. I want to be one of the reasons the world is a happy place, not a sad one. This book inspired me to become a complaint free person and be an overall better person.
The concept of the book is quite simple. Your thoughts create your words. Your words effect those around you and depending on your words, will either bring upon yourself negative or positive energy. I recommend this book to anyone, it’s a brilliant simple concept.

All you have to do is where a bracelet, and whenever
you catch yourself complain, switch the bracelet to
the other arm. This helps you show yourself and being
conscious of how much you complain. The goal is to go
21 days without complaining, because 21 days is how
long it takes for something to become a habit.

I’m going to do this no matter what. Even if my hand get’s tired from switching the bracelet from hand to hand, and if I feel like giving up. I will do this.
