I am doing well with this goal as i mentioned earlier i am going through menopause and am doing well. Now I have reduced my night sweats and hot flashes to almost none. I am sleeping through the night comfortably. Eating healthier and taking my supplements have really worked.

I am doing much better getting my rest eating better I can feel the difference. I can definetly feel when I have eaten something I should not sugar etc.

I have been doing this for the past 3 weeks and it has been going well I am pre-menopausal. Eating better has helped with the hot flashes a lot, cutting down on my sugar intake, eating complex carbs. Still have a ways to go to really eliminate a lot of bad habits but I am comitted especially when it makes me feel better
