I´ve just started to go to a therapist about my depression and I can really recommend it. Unlike conversational therapy CBT is targeted on changing your behaviour instead of just talking about your problems, and it seems like it´s working, for me anyway… I have already become aware of things I do that are really destructive.
It doesn´t matter how much I try to persuade myself when I go to bed, if I don´t have to go to work I can´t get out of bed in the morning. Any suggestions?
