I did well:
- helping someone take care of themselves
- giving some positive talk
- being brave with my class
I am grateful for:
- four more days off
- the sun shone a little
- a lovely young man who is my son

How I did it: I registered for the trek at Global Adventure Challenges and paid my deposit. Then the hard work began, i chose the charity I was walking for and then started to fundraise, and to train, both of which weren't so easy whilst working full time.
