I learned the tango for a choir performance and danced in front of the school with a foreign guy from Ukraine! He was my best buddy and I wanted to learn so badly. It took practice, but was easy enough that I could pull it off!

I’m not good yet, but hey, it’s my first few weeks. It’s soo much fun and if you can find a dance studio that teaches well, then go for it!

My first lead role was Freshman year. I was Emily in Small Actors. I loved it! I was so surprised that I got the lead. It’s stressful and awesome and completely exhausting! I went to my friends house right after the play and passed out on her bed… Then I tried out for a part in Strawberry Jam, but go the lead again instead. That was fun, too. Now, I still want all the big parts I can get but I’m not concerned. I had my moment.
