How I did it: Years ago, I ended up working in a store which was located close to one of Amsterdam's touristic highlights. Customers were foreign rather than Dutch, or so it seemed. So my options were: sell products to the masses and learn English as I went along, or not have a good time with interesting, funny and colourful people and sell only 50% of my targets.
