Yeah its crazy, I was beating myself up for eating too much, then Lea Newman got me onto it, I am not tracking 100% of all the days, but it is amazingly thorough, and its cool to see how like 2litres of carrot juice is actually 1000 calories, and other interesting stuff like that..this was part of the 200 days of eating healthy, I am up to 61 days, and have had 4 bad meals, and 2 full cheat days (so counted as 6 days eating unhealthy).
Lea worked out that I was probably overtraining, so slower and shorter walks has been building me up awesomely. I have lost about 2 kg so far this year.

OK so what I had before was a pass / fail thing, but now I have the rules which allow flexibility for cheat meals / days, without having failed the whole thing.
200 days eating healthy
“Healthy” is subjectively judged on the balance of probability eg look at the item is it more likely to be described as “Healthy or Unhealthy”.
Start day was 01/01/2013
If I have 1 meal which is unhealthy, I can do this any day, but I count this as 1 day lost.
If I want to have a splurge day, then I count that also as a 1 day lost.
I will try to avoid Coke Zero, but I will allow up to a can or 2 per day max, usually this means 1 can Pepsi Max / coke Zero per 2-3 days..
SO today I have been doing this challenge for 43 days, and have had 5 days / meals which were deemed by me to be unhealthy, so it is 43 days – 5.
So the challenge is still 200 days of eating healthy, but they are not all continuous.
