You are supposed to volunteer in life to make yourself a better person. I am questioning whether or not this is true… I have vlunteered and maybe I just need the instant gratification or something but I didnt feel any better about myself. Not that I have any self esteem issues, anyone that knows me can tell you that. So I am going to give it a few more times at the whole “volunteer” thing, and if at that point I don’t feel any different, i am going to have to stick to much more selfish waya to amuse myself, including but not limited to shopping, drinking and a mixture of the 2.

I think getting your license is great, I think having it and using it is even better. I have had mine for about a year and I love the fact that I could ge anywhere in Texas and work (and they say if you have your license in TX you can about go anywhere and they will hand you the license for that state… makes you feel better about passing that bastard of a test) I got very lucky and my boss paid for the classes and worked around my schedule. My only problem with the Real Estate profession is that if you are not working and have a safe secure income (or nice egg) it is hard, there are dues for EVERYTHING and more on top of that. Your first commission can take a bit to come and you start chomping at the bit. This is not to deter anyone from doing it. We need more positive, intelligent people in this buisness and I welcome you with open arms… :-)

I have this audition this weekend for a part that I really want… I think it is something that could be really awesome. a VERY good friend came over tonight and we went through the script over several times and I think I have a really good idea of who the character is and where he is going… well he does die a really horrible death but aside fromt that little side track he is very one sided. ;-) Wish me luck!
