Okay, I’ve had my ups and downs. I smoked for two weeks when my dog died, but overall, I’m done. I haven’t smoked again for a few weeks. I think I can mark this goal done with confidence.

I have been quit for 1 Week, 6 Days, 23 hours, 59 minutes and 32 seconds (13 days). I have saved $51.79 by not smoking 279 cigarettes. I have saved 23 hours and 15 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 9/24/2007 9:00 PM
It has been two weeks since I quit and I lost 4 lbs. I am not doing much different, but I am also not gorging myself with food or anything else to substitute my cigarettes either. 2 more weeks and I will check this off my list. I do feel a little lazier in the evenings after work and truly I’m fine with this. :) My number one excuse to keep smoking (weight gain) was unfounded.
