This is a positively great goal to accomplish. Being able to lose 10 pounds was great, but I have more weight to lose. This is an on-going goal for me.

After years of owning PCs and finally converting to the way of the Mac, I finally wnet ahead and bought a 15” MacBook Pro to use for school and I am glad I did. Mobility and computing is a wonderful mashup!!
After seeing my doctor on Friday I was pleasantly surprised that my weight fell below 300 lbs. After suffering my heart attack in April it became my priority to lose weight to drastically improve my health. A lot of walking and time on the stationary bike has gotten me to this point. Although I have acomplished this goal, I am by no means done.
