I’d like to learn some sort of martial art, some sort of hand to hand combat and maybe some style that includes Asian weapons of some sort. I think it would be fun and an awesome way to keep in shape. There are a few programs around here, but they all cost money….

How I did it: I found one at the garden section at Home Depot, and brought it home. It's a Ficus Ginseng Bonsai, and it's great. I have it in the bedroom, with my Poinsetta plant. It doesn't take much water, and it just needs a little leaf trimming every now and then and some water. I did sport fencing training for a few months in late 2005 and LOVED it, but had to stop due to financial reasons. I’d really like to be in a financially secure position so I can do it again.
I’ve lost around 50 pounds since about this time last year, according to a nurse I spoke to. I went to a restaurant the other day, that I had not been to in a while, and the server, who had known me from when I went there a lot before, said; “You’ve become thin!”
I’m not done yet, though!
