stop masturbating
environment 2 years ago

I’ve stopped using my computer in bed. This means no pornography.

I’ve started sleeping on a schedule and working out. This means no energy.

2 weeks, I’m calling it good, from here out it’s just keeping to a routine.

Get on a schedule
Just do it. 2 years ago

I go to bed at 10pm
I get up at 5:30am

The trick for me was to have an alarm for going to bed like I do for getting up. at 9:30pm my alarm goes off, and I start shutting down everything I’m doing and go to bed.

Just don’t allow anything to get started in the evening you’re not willing to walk away from.

Take my medication every day
a little closer to normal. 2 years ago

really, it’s not that complicated, but it requires being on a routine. Im doing alot better physically, and hence mentally and emotionally as well.

onward.
