How I did it
It made me
feel grounded 
How I did it: I basically set a time where I will be attentive and a place where I could have a little privacy. So, I brought my Bible to work and kept it in one of my desk drawers. I thought that when I first get to work, I'll say a prayer or two, read a few verses and reflect on them a little. I just cracked open the good book and choice the book of Wisdom to start.
