How I did it: I joined a gym. I have been going at least 3 days a week for six months, so I consider this a habit now. I will continue to go for as long as I am able hopefully! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was able to do it just by following the recommendations! I started with the diet recommendations. I than started trying to sleep on a regular basis, and finally added in the exercise. I feel so much better than I did! Read how I did it…

My last entry was from 2 years ago! At that time I was 215. Since than I allowed myself to get above 260!! I’m now back down the low 220’s! I hope I can lose the next 10 or so pounds!
I went through my monthly statement and decided to figure out where I was my money.
I spent nearly $400 dollars eating out in one month through my debit card! That doesn’t include the eating out I paid for in cash or that I didn’t have to pay for! It also doesn’t include the meals I have deducted from my check at the hospital cafeteria. That’s awful!! I been trying to eat out less this month, and so far I think I’m doing a good job. I can’t wait to see my next billing statement.
