This is a life long process. It’s interesting that I can be so kind and understanding to others but can’t seem to give myself a break.
Why do I feel the need be so hard on myself? Where or how did this self-hatred begin. Most importantly, how in the hell can I stop it?
I have lost close to 30 lbs. and am now almost 3 sizes smaller than I was when I first started this goal.
