I weigh about 140, which is somewhat overweight for my height. I sit and look at computers all day, so I don’t get much exercise aside from a capoeira class 2 or 3 times a week. I really feel the extra flab when I’m trying to move in class. I reckon I need to snack less and add a little aerobic exercise where I can. I’ve started to keep track of what I eat.
