Make sure you carry a small MP3 player everywhere! And I mean, everywhere. When I’m waiting in the car (in the driver’s seat) I trun it on. When I’m on a conference call at work, I just turn it on and listen to it with my other ear. Trust me, it makes for a much more peaceful working environment :)

The goal is definately attainable! Well, it was for me as long as I made time (atleast an hour) everyday. Helps me maintain my “dumb-it-down” at work and my real intellectual me LOL
For a short while about 5 yars ago I answered one of those ads for Penpals for Priosn Inmates. Most poeple thought I was crazy, but I think I needed to feel like I had touched/enriched someone’s life. Unfortunately, the whole thing fizzled away after a few months, but was definately worthwhile!
