Managed to spend a week back in Paris near my old apartment, eating at the same places and wandering around the Jardin de Luxembourg. Probably the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever taken — 43 Things needs to add a “do this again and again” feature.

Even though Notre Dame is super-touristy, it’s definitely worth visiting. If it’s crowded, one good (and slightly lesser known option) is to check out the towers. If you’re a student, especially an art history student, they might even let you cut to the front of the line.
