How I did it: grit and determination. i decided i would not let the injury get me down. i started slow, working on the treadmill and then training for a 10k. eventually a ran a five mile road race and detemined it was really time.i signed up with team in training, did everything right and once again i am running marathons. this sunday i did the ing georgia marathon in my best time ever.
