Actually, I completed this a long time back just didn’t update. oops.
I’m not going to put this into the “I want to do this again!” catgeory simply because it is a necessary evil and not a sparkley task.
Well. It’s sparkley once it’s cleaned but you know what I meant, right? ;)
I’ve gotten hold of some blue fleece and was given a top as a Christmas present, so I thought: surely, I could try and make up a paper pattern using the new top as a template and make another top out of blue fleece?
So far, I’ve cut the main “body” part out of paper and am trying to figure out how to to do the armhole section for the sleeve.
I have never done anything like this before so it is a learning experience, and I’m having loads of fun, so yay for that.
Perhaps sewing will commmence over the weekend now the holiday madness has diminished. Hope so, at least.
I’ve got the pattern, now just need to obtain material etc. I can’t wait to have a go!
