ive actually been pretty slack this week..but its kind of because iv been depressed about work . so i did some weights today..and surprisingly ! altho it was jes for 1/2 hr..i feel nice and toned ! i also bought some protein..hopefully help a bit

well i got an eyebrow wax today .. and ill be going shopping a bit later for about an hour or so.. im going to try to take more care in how i look ! goal: for end of week..make looking hot part of routine
well im going out with coffee with a friend i havent seen for years..and that i keep cancelling out for months.. and hopefully we will have a good time .. this is my plan..and on tues. i will spend some time with my bf..hopefully end of that week im going to a party with some old frens..and pop into a friend’s place . this is going relatively well ..but i need to take some contact time/dependency from my bf & transfer into other people !
