At the start of this year the job I had been waiting for in my company was advertised, I applied and was successful in my application. I thought that people management was exactly what I wanted to do, however as the year goes on the more I realise it does not suit my personality a lot.
Problem is what do I do now? I have aimed towards management since finishing my degree – how do I now find out what I should be doing?
