How I did it: my friend asked me one day to join weight watchers with her. i said ok. i didnt take pictures or measurements because i honestly didnt think i was going to stick with it. but for some reason i did. i loved it. i have been going for 10 months now and still have a ways to go but i am a whole new person.the before/ after photo was actually only at about 30 lbs lost, i dont have another before/after handy... How I did it: i ran across a program called couch-2-5k on the internet. i was NEVER a runner, ever. in high school my friends and i all walked the required mile-run. i dont know why but it looked like something i could do the way it was layed out. i found great free podcasts for my ipod with music and someone telling me when to run and when to walk. i had to repeat week 5 day 1 twice because i was on vacation and just coul… Read how I did it…
