Every time I feel the urge to go grab some fast food I think to myself “Do I really want that in my body?” Sure it looks delicious and tastes delicious but how will you feel after? Is it worth all the toxins coming into your body and wrecking havoc?
That’s why now I only treat myself to fast food here and there, whenever I know that I deserved it through good dieting and exercise throughout the week! Cheers.
