In 1983, my college roomie and I had to go to the student center, where there was cable TV, and wait all night long for this video to come on MTV. We practised the dance over and over and over and over.
Get a copy of the vid and a full length mirror and/or a dance partner to make sure your moves are ghoulish enough. What a cool goal.
So worth it!

It’s very tough at first, but once your posture is right you’ll find that everything you do requires much less effort than it did before. Walking, cleaning house…everything.
If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your posture, ask a doctor and/or try a yoga class. Please don’t slump all your life only to learn how to stand up straight after you rupture a spinal disc or two like I did.
